Program Overview

Our Mentorship Program is the first science policy specific mentorship program that meets mentees where they are at, helps them identify their goals, and empowers them in those goals through strong relationships that are grounded in a community of support and understanding. Mentees and their mentors will be carefully matched based on a multiplicity of factors beyond basic career interests to facilitate this connection and sense of belonging to cultivate self-efficacy for mentees. To facilitate relationship development and personal and professional growth for mentees and mentors alike, our program curriculum will cover a range of areas between the November and June. Applications for the program are due at 11:59pm ET on Sunday, October 30.
